Dr. Mole, who is originally from Central Florida, began his career in veterinary medicine in middle school, working as a technician in a veterinary practice. He went to the University of Central Florida for three years, and graduated from Louisiana State University School of Veterinary Medicine in 2009.
Dr. Mole had a special interest in research during veterinary school and had the opportunity to work as a research assistant in the department of internal medicine at LSU School of Veterinary Medicine in Baton Rouge, studying ingestible wireless medical sensors (SmartPill®} in dogs. Following veterinary school he worked as an associate veterinarian in Central Florida for five years before becoming the proud owner of Seminole Animal Hospital.
Dr. Jennifer Lucas is originally from Atlanta, Georgia where she grew up before attending Auburn University for her undergraduate degree. Before starting vet school, she had an early interest in zoological medicine, and spent a summer working with elephants at Zoo Atlanta. Dr. Lucas earned her veterinary degree from Tuskegee University in 2017, and while there found a true passion for small animal medicine, with a special interest in oncology. With her free time, she enjoys spending time with her chocolate lab, Sophie or you can find her at Disney World, her second home.
